Mount Kenya is the Tallest mountain in Kenya and the second tallest in Africa from Mt Kilimanjaro. In the second Dry Season of 2019 (July –December)

Day 1: Nairobi-Sirimon Gate – Judmaier Camp (Old Moses Camp) 3-4 hrs, 9km 3300M ASL

Pick up in Nairobi at 6:00 Am. Leave Nairobi city and head off to Nanyuki. Brief time of shopping of personal items at Nanyuki town, Transfer/proceed to Sirimon Gate which will be the Starting point, (2650m ASL) from here you hike 9Km up to the Old Moses Camp (3300m).
Lunch to be served at Sirimon Gate

Day 2 : Judmier Camp/Shiptons Camp 6-7hrs, 17km, 4200M ASL 900m ascent

Breakfast at Old Moses Camp, the hike starts at 0830hrs through the beautiful and unique Alpine
Moorland Zone. Walking time is 5-7 hours depending on individual fitness and stopping half- way for a picnic lunch. Arrive at Shiptons Camp (4200m), late afternoon.
Dinner and stay overnight at Shiptons Camp just below the majestic peaks Batian, Nelion and Lenana

Day 3: Shiptons-Point Lenana-Mount Meru Bandas (Chogoria Gate) 11-12hrs, 32km, 4985M ASL 785m ascent

Early Breakfast from 2:00Am pre-dawn (3:00AM) start is essential when attempting Point Lenana (4985M).Trek through Simba Cole to point Lenana. You are then most likely to be successful in reaching the summit as well as having the clearest view of the majestic scenery. If the sky is clear right across the southern part of Kenya, you will be able to view the peaks of Kilimanjaro above the clouds over 340 kilometers away. Afterwards descend to Simba Cole and Proceed to Mintos Hut (4200MSL)
Have lunch and later proceed down overlooking the Gorge valley and astounding views of Lake Michelson.
Arrive at Mintos Camp. Dinner and overnight at Mintos Huts

Day 4 : Mintos Camp-Meru Bandas-Nairobi

Leave shortly after breakfast and descend to Meru Mt Kenya Bandas for a short hike of about 2Hours. You may encounter Buffaloes, Klipspringers, Zebras or some elephants. At the Bandas where the driver will be waiting for us and later transfer back to Nairobi after a moment of relaxation
