Event Overview – Table Mountain Aberdares Hiking Experience
Table Mountain in the Aberdares is located in the northwestern section of Aberdare National Park in Nyandarua County. The trail begins at Mikeu Center / Kwa Matu Center (Wanjohi area), popular among high-altitude hikers. The hike covers 11–16 km round trip, depending on the traverse chosen. The first kilometre is a steep, near-vertical ascent following a short river crossing, immediately testing stamina and endurance.
