Confirm Group Size
A minimum of 5 participants is required for team-building group bookings.
Get a Customized Quote
Once you select your activities and meal plan, we’ll send an official invoice.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required 3 days before your event to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the park.
Cancellation Policy
72 hours or more before the event: 98% refund or reschedule at no charge.
48 hours before: 50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 24 hours' notice: Deposit becomes non-refundable.
If the event is disrupted by bad weather or emergencies, we will reschedule your booking to a new date at no extra cost.
