Important Notice: Forest Zipline Opening Hours
The Forest Ziplining Experience is only open from Thursday to Sunday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM).
Guests booking this tour should schedule their visit between Thursday and Sunday to enjoy the full safari + zipline experience.
Bookings made Monday to Wednesday will still include Nairobi National Park and the Giraffe Centre, but ziplining will not be available on those days.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure.
- 50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
- No refund within 24 hours of the tour.
- Weather Policy: Zipline may be rescheduled in case of heavy rain.
- Insurance: All participants are covered under Wild Springs Adventures’ local liability insurance. Travelers are advised to hold personal travel insurance.

- Minimum age: 7 years for the zipline.

The limitation is the height (1.4 meters)
- Moderate fitness level required for zipline access walks.
- Wheelchair access is not available at The Forest site (due to terrain).
