Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure.

• 50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours.

• No refund within 24 hours of the tour.

• Weather Policy: Zipline may be rescheduled in case of heavy rain.

• Insurance: All participants are covered under Wild Springs Adventures’ local liability insurance. Travelers are advised to hold personal travel insurance.

Health, Safety & Accessibility

• Minimum age: 7 years for the zipline.

• Participants must weigh between 0 kg and 115 kg. Maximum

  The limitation is the height (1.4 meters)

• Moderate fitness level required for zipline access walks.

• Wheelchair access is not available at The Forest site (due to terrain).

• Emergency rescue and first-aid equipment provided on-site.

• Vehicles undergo daily safety checks and are insured.
