Here's how shopping with us works.

STEP 1 — TELL US WHAT YOU NEED

Two ways to start:

- Visit our store at Valley View Office Park, Tower A, First Floor, Room 4 — Sixth Avenue Parklands, off Limuru Road. Browse, try things on, and talk to our team in person.

Our team includes experienced hikers and mountaineers. We offer free consultancy on:

STEP 2 — CHOOSE YOUR ITEMS

Browse our categories online or in-store:

We stock over 50 trusted brands including Salomon, Mammut, The North Face, Patagonia, Quechua, Merrell, Karrimor, La Sportiva, Lowa, Meindl, Salewa, Vaude, Asolo, Trezeta, AKU, Garmont, and many more.

We also offer GENTLY USED gear — premium brands at lower prices, all carefully inspected before listing.

STEP 3 — PLACE YOUR ORDER

In-store: walk in, choose, pay at the counter. Done.

Online: add items to cart, enter your delivery details, choose your payment method:

✔ Visa or Mastercard

✔ Bank transfer

✔ Cash on delivery (within Nairobi only)

We confirm every order within one business day. We may contact you if we need to verify size, colour, or stock.

STEP 4 — RECEIVE YOUR GEAR

- Same-day delivery within Nairobi — orders placed before 2pm

- Next-day to Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and most major Kenyan towns

- 2–5 business days to remote areas

- 5–10 business days to Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda

We use trusted couriers and provide tracking where available. International orders to Europe, USA, or other destinations are handled case by case — contact us for a quote.

If anything goes wrong with your purchase, see our Return Policy. For genuinely faulty items, we resolve quickly. For everything else, we follow our written terms — fair to you, fair to us.
