🧗‍♀️8 Days Nelion & Batian Mount Kenya Technical Climb 2026 – Expert Guided Ascent
Safari at a Glance
Overview: Technical Summit of Mount Kenya’s Highest Peaks
This 8-day Nelion & Batian Mount Kenya climb is designed for experienced trekkers and climbers seeking a technical ascent to Mount Kenya’s two highest summits — Batian (5,199m) and Nelion (5,188m).
Unlike Point Lenana treks, this is a true alpine climbing expedition involving multi-pitch rock climbing, exposure, high-altitude endurance, and optional crossing of the Gates of Mist. The climb demands strong fitness, prior climbing experience, and comfort with rope systems, abseiling, and sustained altitude movement .
Wild Springs Adventures structures this expedition with high guide-to-client ratios, realistic pacing, structured acclimatization, and safety-first logistics.
